Class 4 Autoclave Treatment: The wood is treated using Class 4 autoclave treatment, the highest level of protection for use in permanent contact with moisture and soil. This process involves impregnating the wood under pressure with a preservative that penetrates deep into the fibers. Result: exceptional resistance to fungi, mold, wood-boring insects, and weathering, for a very long lifespan without intensive maintenance.
