Indeed, the two 3300-watt U-shaped burners located under the 6 mm thick rolled steel plate will allow you to perfectly sear meats, but also to cook delicate fish, seafood, vegetables, or even seasonal fruits.
The advantage of this power is the ability to reach temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius on the griddle. This allows you to truly sear your meats.
This isn't possible with a frying pan, a hot stone grill, or some planchas with stainless steel or enamel plates, for example. The size of the ESTIVALE75 PRIMA plancha is perfect for cooking meat or fish, as well as vegetables or seafood, without any space constraints. Choose the size of your plancha based primarily on what you want to cook. Meat and fish are placed side by side, and a 75 cm wide by 40 cm deep plate is more than enough for 6 to 8 people. If you have easy access to your plancha, you'll likely use it every day. You'll certainly be cooking vegetables, seafood... which are a pleasure to spread out, turn, and flip... and you'll be satisfied if you've chosen a large griddle.Similarly, multiple burners will allow you to better vary the temperatures on your griddle and cook all your dishes at the same time.
The juices are collected thanks to a large stainless steel front drawer that is very easy to remove whenever needed. This clever drawer has a capacity of approximately 1.5 liters. This system will be particularly useful if you're cooking duck breasts, for example, as it's extremely easy to empty during cooking. Unlike the front drip tray, which is narrower and closer to the flames, and therefore too hot to empty during cooking. Another advantage of the drawer is that it's 40 cm deep and can therefore be easily washed in your dishwasher.
The ESTIVALE75 PRIMA griddle is designed to be placed on a countertop. You can then place it on a suitable cart or serving trolley, or directly in your kitchen. Indeed, equipped with a safety thermocouple, the ESTIVALE75 Prima griddle can be used both indoors and outdoors. Indoors, use a powerful extractor hood to minimize cooking odors. Outdoors, remember to oil the rolled steel plate of your ESTIVALE75 PRIMA griddle to protect it. We also recommend ideally using a lid, or at the very least, a protective cover. Thanks to its electronic piezo ignition, lighting the griddle is simple and efficient. The piezo igniter battery is included and can be easily changed by unscrewing the button on the front of the griddle. The ESTIVALE75 PRIMA griddle can be used with either butane or propane gas cylinders. Propane is for outdoor use only. However, the ESTIVALE75 PRIMA griddle can also run on natural gas (town gas). Injectors adapted for natural gas can be ordered if needed. Replacing them is very simple.
