This beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing Sanyo projector, with its magnesium chassis, is one of the first 16:9 3LCD projectors on the market. Its front panel and zoom lens (f/21.2 to 25.4 mm) are concealed behind a retractable front panel. Two manual dials allow for horizontal and vertical adjustments. These are particularly useful for facilitating setup when the projector isn't perfectly centered on the screen, as they allow for vertical and horizontal lens shift, correcting keystone distortion without introducing the potential problems of electronic correction. Quiet at only 28dB in eco mode, its fluorescent, backlit remote control is ideal for use in low-light conditions.
