Every company has its own definition of refurbishment. Philips primarily refurbishes products returned by customers within 30 days of purchase or through our subscription programs. Therefore, most products have never been used, or only very lightly. The product is in perfect working order! It still comes with a 2-year warranty. A warranty extension may apply to certain products after registration. The product is perfectly clean! Every appliance undergoes rigorous quality and performance testing. All products are disinfected, and hygiene-related components or accessories are replaced if necessary (e.g., razor blades or kitchen appliances). Minor signs of use may be visible. Products are shipped in their original packaging or in recycled cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.
