For many months, Roman legionaries garrisoned in the fortified camps of Aquarium, Babaorum, Laudanum, and Petibonum have been trying to capture the village of the indomitable Gauls, who continue to resist the invader. To defeat the Gauls, the Romans attack with their famous tortoise formation. In this special attack formation, the soldiers advance protected by shields in front and above. But once again, Asterix, Obelix, and the villagers have no intention of surrendering. A quick sip of magic potion and they're off to battle… Life isn't easy for Roman legionaries who have to contend with these indomitable Gauls. The box contains four Romans with helmets, swords, and shields. A baseplate is included for each figure for added stability. All the figures have an alternating face showing their faces before and after the battle.
