Petit Fox Merlot, a red wine from the South of France, is an IGP Pays d'Oc from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Made from a single 100% Merlot grape variety, grown on limestone, clay, and sandy soils under a sunny Mediterranean climate, it offers aromatic freshness and elegance. Alcohol content: 14% vol. Vinification combines pre-fermentation maceration and traditional methods to preserve fruit intensity and balance. It has a brilliant ruby color and intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, enhanced by spicy notes (black pepper, licorice), herbaceous touches, and a light hint of smoke. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with supple, ripe tannins, moderate acidity, and a long finish with fruity and spicy flavors.
