This variable bitrate allows up to 6 hours of recording (with a single-sided 4.7 GB disc) in program mode. Four manual recording modes (XP, SP, LP, EP) are also available, offering 1 to 6 hours of recording depending on the selected quality. The 9.4 GB double-sided DVD-RAM disc allows up to 12 hours of recording.
