This rotisserie uses charcoal for the cooking section, while the spit is electrically powered. Furthermore, the charcoal is placed on an internal grate to create an air gap and prevent the embers from smothering—we've thought of everything! For vertical use, the charcoal grate has a basket design to keep the embers level; the juices can be collected in the grease collector. The stainless steel spit has a pointed tip for easy skewering.
