This awning has a 100% aluminum semi-cassette that remains open only underneath, protecting the fabric and its roller mechanism from damage caused by dust and pollution. The arms fold under this semi-cassette. It is therefore suitable for installation where you have limited space or where a full cassette is not necessary.
Your semi-cassette awning will easily find its place on your house or balcony thanks to its elegant design. It adapts to any installation location thanks to its wall or ceiling mounting. You can adjust the awning's angle from 5° to 35° directly on the arm brackets during installation. The crank handle allows you to easily open and close the awning, and you can stop it at any open position. Thanks to a bionic technical innovation applied to the arm, this awning is particularly stable, even with the fabric fully extended. Its articulation ensures quiet and frictionless opening and closing. These manual exterior awnings achieve a high-quality, glossy, and chip-resistant finish thanks to a powder coating applied to create a uniform layer on the awning's surface. To ensure a successful installation that meets safety standards and provides your comfort, Côté Store informs you that we do not include the screws for fixing the blind to the wall. Due to the different wall materials and installation locations, you are responsible for choosing the type of screws. If you have a reinforced concrete wall, you can purchase mechanical screws (expansion screws) or a chemical anchoring kit that can be adapted to any type of material with a diameter of 10 mm or 12 mm.
