Gérard Bertrand has maintained the previous owner's approach of using a diverse range of red grapes (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, Caladoc, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan) and white grapes (Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon), to produce exceptional and decidedly atypical wines.
