With a deep commitment to respecting the vine and nature, Maison Henriot launched the Alliance Terroirs project in 2020. This project is structured around three pillars: understanding the terroirs, adapting winemaking practices to each terroir, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Champagne. Brut Souverain perfectly exemplifies the Maison Henriot style. The first cuvée ever created by the House, it reveals rounded aromas and a lovely freshness on the palate. Brut Rosé, meanwhile, follows a similar pattern, with ethereal notes and a delightful lightness. The Henriot Blanc de Blancs offers a thirst-quenching freshness with very pleasant citrus notes, while the Vintage offers more mature and rounded notes. Finally, L'Inattendue 2016 is a unique creation offering immense minerality and formidable precision.
