The House was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, a young German from Westphalia. A draper by trade, he established a wool and wine trading business in Reims, which he named "Heidsieck & C°". He quickly abandoned the wool trade to dedicate himself exclusively to the Champagne wine trade. Behind the Champagnes of the TOP range lies the expertise of all those involved in the craftsmanship of the House of Heidsieck & C° Monopole. Since 1785, the House has preserved the excellence of its grapes to guarantee the quality and finesse of its Champagnes. It is in this way that the Cellar Master protects the precious Monopole style. His vision allows the Champagnes to endure through the decades and generations.
