And because Louis De Poortere is always striving to innovate and reduce its carbon footprint, all our new collections are now made from recycled polyester yarns, allowing for the continuous and sustainable reuse of the raw materials we use. The De Poortere family's DNA is the constant pursuit of improving its manufacturing process and staying ahead of trends. WARRANTY, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover issues related to the condition of the floor. This guarantee is offered under normal conditions of use, installation, and cleaning in accordance with best practices, provided that appropriate maintenance precautions are observed and no harsh products are used. We ship all orders within 3 to 5 days, Monday to Friday. Average delivery time to the EU: 5 business days. Weekend delivery is not possible. Rugs will be shipped via GLS, TNT, or UPS, depending on their size and the destination country. Once the order leaves our premises, it is beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
