The 19 botanicals that make up this gin infuse for between 1 and 4 days, depending on the botanical profile: a crucial time for it to acquire its distinctive character. It is then distilled in small copper pot stills over an open flame to achieve its full smoothness and voluptuous character on the palate. The gin exudes delicate aromas of fresh flowers supported by more pronounced citrus notes. Once poured, it reveals more intense, herbaceous notes of juniper and anise, followed by the spicy touch of cinnamon that softens the nose, adding a very indulgent dimension to the gin.
