The second vintage of white wine from Château Gazin Rocquencourt is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines with an average age of 5 years. The vineyard is situated on clay lentils over a gravel subsoil. The blending and aging of the Blanc de Gazin Rocquencourt (12 months in oak barrels, 35% of which are new) are carried out under the guidance of consulting oenologists Michel Rolland and Athanase Fakorellis.
