PRESENTATION: A wine estate since the 17th century, Château Bouscaut is one of the Classified Growths of Graves, producing both white and red wines within the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation. Sophie Lurton and her husband, Laurent Cogombles, have been brilliantly managing this magnificent vineyard for over twenty years. The vines, approximately 40 hectares for red and 7 for white, are cultivated using sustainable farming practices, with a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, accompanied by Malbec, while the Sauvignon Blanc is complemented by Sémillon. The soils of Château Bouscaut produce excellent, deeply colored, and quite tannic red wines, particularly rich and powerful. TASTING: PAIRINGS: WINEMAKING:
