The Georges barbecue lights and cooks your food quickly thanks to two air vents that fan the coals. They are adjustable to regulate the airflow and prevent the charcoal from burning too quickly. To allow for good air circulation, the Georges is equipped with vents under the bowl, at the ash catcher, and on the lid. The bottom burner is easily operated by a long lever. The charcoal is placed on an enameled inner grate to create a gap and allow oxygen to enter through the vent underneath.
PRACTICAL AND EASY TO MOVE
The Georges barbecue is stable and easy to move thanks to its large wheels. Its well-designed lid features an internal hook, allowing you to attach it to the firebox and prevent it from being left on the ground when you lift it to check the cooking progress.
