The Blackview Z30 4G children's smartwatch does not have a pre-installed SIM card. To insert your mobile operator's SIM card, turn off the watch, place the SIM card with the gold contacts facing down and the notch facing inwards, then insert it fully until it is securely in place.
2. The frequency band of the 4G SIM card compatible with this watch is FDD: B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B8, B20. If the SIM card's frequency band is not within the applicable frequency band, the watch will not be able to recognize it.

*You have already purchased SIM cards. If you are unsure about your SIM card's frequency band, please contact your SIM card provider to obtain the frequency band and confirm compatibility.
3. You cannot insert a SIM card when the watch is on. Insertion must be done when the watch is off; otherwise, the card will not be recognized.
4. A restart is required after inserting the card. Frequent card insertion is not supported. If the card is inserted more than 3 times, wait 24 hours before inserting it again. Otherwise, the watch will not be able to recognize the inserted SIM card.
