This barbecue can be used as a smoker or a traditional barbecue. Thanks to its four air vents, it lights quickly. These vents fan the coals to allow air to circulate easily. You will find them on each side of the bowl and lid. A crank allows you to adjust the height of the steel tray to vary the temperature according to your needs. Sturdy, this product is made of high-quality steel and coated with heat-resistant enamel paint. Three enameled cooking grates, including one removable round grate, are included with the barbecue, as well as a chrome-plated warming rack.
