The new 2G Namd Flex Force technology, used in the new Astrox 99 Pro (and Tour) models, uniformly bonds carbon nanotubes to carbon fiber materials. The result: uncompromising hitting power and improved feel at impact. The Power Assist Bumper, a new special grommet strip located at the top of the racquet, is 55% heavier than comparable grommets; It concentrates the weight in the head, thus providing more inertia for even more striking power. The redesigned, lighter handle cap further shifts the balance towards the head, making the Astrox 99 Pro the most head-heavy racquet in the Yonex range, as the weight is concentrated in the head.
