Fabric: Solution-dyed acrylic
The color is impregnated into the very core of the fiber during its manufacture, unlike other fibers that are colored by simple dipping. This guarantees vibrant and long-lasting colors.
The fabric undergoes a specific treatment that also protects it from the elements.
Standard colors: Powder coating
● The powder coating, or polymer coating, is applied by spraying a Teflon-like powder that adheres electrostatically to the entire surface of the parts and profiles. The entire profile is then heated to 180-210°C. This process fixes and hardens the paint on all surfaces of the aluminum profiles.
